Do you work with custom formulas or only stock products?

Both. You can start from our in-stock, market-ready catalog for a faster path to launch, or develop a fully custom formula with our R&D team. Many brands do both — launch on a stock formula and develop a custom hero product in parallel.

We have a formula another manufacturer could not get right. Can you help?

That is the work we do best. Send us the formula, the samples and the history of what failed. We will run a feasibility review across taste, texture, stability, dose and manufacturability, and tell you honestly what can be fixed, what has to change, and what it will take.

How long does development take?

It depends on complexity. Stock and private label programs move fastest because the formula already exists. Custom development timing is driven by the number of sampling rounds, ingredient sourcing and testing requirements — we set an expected timeline with you at kickoff rather than quoting a generic number.
